Disney pin trade to find your pin pal

When vacationing at any Disney resort you will see guests, cast members, and other employees with a lanyard and a variety of Disney themed pins.

These pins have been the Disney parks for fifteen years. The pin trading tradition started during Disney's Millennium celebration. This was stared so there could be an interaction between the guests and any Disney employee. This was a way for the guests to continue their story once they went home and to also bring it with them if they ever traveled back to any park. This is one of the great things that the pins have to offer. You can bring them to any park around the world and trade with a guest or employee at that park as well.

The reason for these pins is for the guests to be able to trade pins and create and cherish memories while they are traveling and vacationing all through out your life to the different parks. You are able to trade pins to all of the different parks including Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort, Disneyland Paris, Disneyland Hong Kong. Disney Auctions, Disney Store and Disney Cruise Line. The Disney Company wanted guests to be able to extend their memories and bring them with when they went to multiple resorts as they grew up.

It is very fun and simple to trade pins. All you have to do is visit a participating resort, listed above, and find a pin that you like that a cast member or Disney employee is wearing and go up to them and ask to trade that particular pin for one that you already have. It is that easy. You will then be able to bring that pin home and keep them memory with you forever. Some of the rules that do apply are:

  • The pin must be the traditional cloisonne or hard enamel Disney pin.
  • You must be trading at the park or resort that accepts trading.
  • You cannot trade pins that are damaged.
  •  For safety make sure the black safety back is attached.
  • Trade on pin at a time.
  • No counterfeit pins will be acceptable for trading.
  • When there is a discretion Disney cast member will have a final say.
This is a great way for Disney fans and cast members to get involved with each others vacation and add a fun and light activity to your day. I think that again Disney does a great job at promoting their products and getting people from all over the world to connect and stay connected with their products. This is also connecting people from all over the world and making sure that there products and brands are seen in a great way and make sure that every guest has a great time and then that they bring that experience to others so that the Disney experience to spread to others all over the world. I think that pin trading is a great idea and a great way for people to interact all over the world. Another great idea that Disney is optimizing and letting their guests use to their advantage.
