The Pros and Cons of the Top Disney Resorts

When looking into staying at a Walt Disney World Resort there are a lot of things that you need to look at when booking a resort. There are things that are family specific including things like price, location, theme and time you are planning on staying. These factors can be an incentive or the deciding factor of where you stay while on vacation.

Disney has done a great job in marketing and having different options that I talked about in the previous post so I will not dwell on that. This post is all about the different resorts and their pros and cons.

The Pros and Cons of the Walt Disney World Resorts

This website breaks down every resort in Walt Disney and talks about why it would be a good fit for your family on vacation and also why some hotels would not be a good fit. Things that are being compared in the website are location. This includes how far the resorts are from certain parks, restaurants and other entertainment. This information would be very useful when going on vacation because of the different family plans. If you plan to visit only certain parks then having a hotel close to that resort would be very nice. Also if you plan to stay at a resort and do a lot of traveling to other parts of Florida then having a resort on the outskirts of the Disney would be the best.

Another aspect that the website talks about is the price of the resort. This is a huge factor when deciding on a resort for your vacation. Going to Disney can be a very expensive trip so for some families so the resort might be the place where they try to cut on costs. All of the Disney resorts are nice and something you will not see on every vacation so even if you are booking a cheaper resort you will still have an amazing vacation.

Commuting is a major issue when traveling to Disney because of the fact that most guests fly and are either using a rental car or public transportation. Since this is true being able to use the Disney transportation from each resort to the parks. The website talks about how long each bus ride would take and also how many resorts share each bus route so an estimated time you will be commuting.

In the website it shares what kind of beds and rooms each resort has. It talks about how many people each room accommodates and the size of the rooms. Some resorts have smaller rooms than others. The beds are also differing in type and style, king, queen two doubles, twins and others. This is very important because of the fact that each family is a different size and has different needs.

The websites include different things that each resort has to offer whether that be the children activities, adult activities, hotel accommodations, pools and other close by resources. Whether you are traveling with a family, as a couple or by yourself this very important in your decision of what resort to book and enjoy your vacation in.

Finally I will talk about the impact of the theme and Disney aspects that are in each resort. This is important because some people do not need all the frills of Mickey and Minnie or the princesses and others need that to make it feel like a Disney vacation. This is the bread and butter of most Disney vacations so it can be very important to most vacationers but there can be some cons to that with it being busy and loud and usually full of  children.

This website is very useful to plan your Disney vacation stay and to choose the right resort for your Disney vacation. It is also very nice to see that Disney does such a great job at distinguishing their resorts and uses their awesome hospitality to have great resorts, parks and a vacation that makes their guests dream come true.
